Instructions: Click on the Optical Wedge button (above) to access the file you will need. Save the file named "Optical_Wedge doc" to your desktop or a folder of your choice.

This file is in MS Word format and requires an Avery #8463 label sheet for printing. You are now ready to open the file in Word.

If you prefer, there is also a version availabe in PDF format.

Printing will give you a sheet of 9 Optical Wedge labels and one label with Directions to follow. Make sure you mount the Optical Wedge label vertically on the Vibrator head.
