Quick
Release for Flexible shaft applications:

Simple, effective
and easy to use, the quick release package includes a new
style motor end snout and an adaptor for the flexible shaft
housing. It allows quick removal of the core and housing assembly
for storage or a change to a different shaft length or head
size. This new quick release system can easily be retrofitted
to Denver Concrete Vibrator flexible shaft units already in
the field. The Quick Release option package includes a new
motor end, and one adaptor. Additional adaptors are available. |
Insulated heads for epoxy coated
rebar applications: Now available for jobs that
require a cushioned head to protect the epoxy rebar, we offer
1 3/4", 2" and 2 ½" insulated heads for both our flexible
shaft units and High Cycle units. Other head sizes and pneumatic
heads can also be insulated.

Backpack for flexible shaft units:
This comfortable cushioned fiberglass frame moves the flexible
shaft motor out of a man's hand and on to his back. It also serves
to help keep equipment cleaner, and off the ground. This popular
backpack has a suggested list price of

Hand held pneumatic power unit
(PPU) to drive flexible shaft heads with compressed
air: This unique air motor produces 10,000 - 18,000 vpm and
requires only 40 cfm @ 90 psi. Recommended for shaft lengths
of 20' maximum and heads sizes 1 ¾" and less, this unit comes
complete with oiler, strainer and valve, and can also be equipped
with the Quick release option if desired.

Form
Vibrator: The new A250F form vibrator is similar to
our popular A350F but produces about ½ the shake. The mount is
the same for interchangeability.
High Cycle vibrator power source: Now
available, a Baldor motor driven high cycle generator. This
unit takes advantage of free jobsite power and will run two
vibrators, just like the engine generator, but no gasoline
is required. Available as 220v single phase or 220v 3 phase
configuration, units are shipped complete with pigtail, but
no plug end. |
